Where do the items ship from?

I live in the Ottawa-Gatineau region of Canada and so all the items ship from my house to yours.

Do you accept returns or refund?

Unless the items fail to arrive, or arrive damaged, I do not accept refund requests or returns.

Why are these tiny items so expensive?

I make every single charm and doll by hand individually. My prices reflect the amount of work each object requires to be created.

Why is this item I really want on backorder?

I am only one person running the entirety of this company and everything it entails. Creating these items takes a lot of time. So if they are out of stock, it will take time to replenish.
